Structual Design and Engineering services
| Our drawing office in Maidstone provides a
design and drafting service to the structural, civil and construction departments of our
clients. These clients are in private industry, large National Contractors, government
Authorities, local councils and Professional Practices. Our drawing office staff provide a
complete professional structural and civil engineering design or drafting service,
incorporating all materials using the current codes of practice and British Standards to
provide safe, economic and practical solutions. Using the latest technology, they ensure
that all projects are to the end clients requirements, by continual liaison, and
development of feasibility studies as necessary to establish cost and suitability of the
completed job. Our experience is widely based, having
worked in the construction industry, onshore petrochemical, oil and gas platforms
offshore, and the civil and industrial building industry in general. We have specialised
in the design of storage vessels and silos particularly for the cement production
industry. |

assist with the more complex structural design concepts, our designers are able to provide
an in-house computer design and checking service. Our computer is exclusively used for
design and provides analysis in plastic, elastic, finite displacement and sway modes with
calculation for structural steelwork, concrete, load bearing brickwork and timber, being
used in submission format.
We also provide a checking service for local authorities, whereby we assess the design principal, check calculations, and ensure that the projects conform to the latest standards and regulations.

| To complement our services to the steelwork
industry we also offer workshop details, for the fabrication of structures. Whether it be
to assist our clients in the purchase of the steel, or fabrications, our drawing office
personnel have years of experience in the steel industry, thus providing practical and
correct workshop drawings.
